I’m on a mission to connect people to the ancient wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda in a modern way.
I created this blog, and Yogi Fuel to teach people how the food we eat, and the habits we create can radically shift our consciousness, and completely change our lives.
Let’s face it – our modern world is busy and filled with stress. Long commutes with lots of traffic, jobs we don’t particularly love, financial pressure, relationship troubles…the list goes on. And as a result of all of that stress, so many of us have disconnected – not only from other people but from ourselves – our deepest desires and who we truly are.
This modern world has brought us so much, no doubt, but it’s come at a price – the health of our mind, body, and soul.
I believe that food is one of the most powerful tools we can use to support us on this journey. In fact, I believe that food, and our practices around food can be a powerful spiritual practice.
So what do I do?
On my blog I share simple, Ayurveda inspired recipes and tips for the modern world that are super easy to make.
I host the Yogi Fuel Podcast where I’m on a mission to uplevel the health, practice and consciousness of Yogis everywhere! Each week I interview a spiritual/yoga teacher, thought leader, alternative health professional or share my own knowledge and experience to help as many yogis as possible on their spiritual journey.
I teach Ayurvedic Plant-Based cooking classes. Teaching people how to make delicious, nutritious food is so important to me. For me Food is Sadhana, and teaching people how to connect with their food through the entire process of cooking is so important to me.
I work with 1:1 with people as an Ayurvedic Practitioner, specializing in Plant-Based nutrition/lifestyle as well as stress reduction and improving energy.
I created the Yogi Fuel Academy – my completely online program – where I teach people how to use the principles Ayurveda to increase their energy and cultivate a calm clear mind despite the stress and chaos of the modern world.
I teach meditation classes, and workshops in the GTA and abroad.
I also make yearly trips to India with my amazing husband to further my yogic and Ayurvedic studies, as well as host retreats and workshops all about Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda.
