Ingredients
1.5
cups
almond mylk
or other non dairy mylk of choice
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1/4
tsp
turmeric
1/4
tsp
cardamom
1
pinch
saffron
1
tbsp
coconut oil or ghee
1
tsp
ashwagandha/shatavari
or both
1
tbsp
dates/maple syrup/honey
pick one, and sweeten to taste
5-6
soaked, blanched almonds
Instructions
Place mylk in a sauce pan over medium heat.
Once to desired temperature, place all ingredients in a blender, and blend on high.
Adjust sweetness to taste, and enjoy hot!
