Preheat the oven to 275. Place oats, coconut, nuts and seeds in a large bowl and mix together. Set aside.
Place your coconut oil, cocoa and maple syrup in a small pan over medium low heat and whisk together until smooth.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the nut and oat mixture and mix until well combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the granola evenly over the surface.
Bake for about 30-40 minutes. Cool before serving. Store in an air tight container in the fridge for a few weeks (though I’m sure you’ll eat it before then)! Serve with vegan yogurt, or have as cereal with milk.
